Account Executive, Enterprise (with Romanian)

About the role: Seeing great market demand for our AI agents platform, we're expanding across the CEE region and opening GTM operations in Romania. With that, our sales team is now looking for an experienced Enterprise Account Executive to help us build this territory further. What you'll do: - Manage an enterprise territory in the Romanian market - Manage a pipeline of opportunities and identify, engage, and develop relationships with potential prospects - Conduct in-depth discovery calls, presentations, and product demonstrations with prospects - Educate prospects to help them learn how Zowie will help their business operate more efficiently and grow revenue - Demonstrate ROI through value-based selling - Build pipeline through strategic outbound programs - Become an expert on our products, customer experience, and the AI landscape Ideally, you'll bring with you: - 7+ years of closing sales experience, including to large enterprises - Full cycle sales experience with a track record of building and closing pipeline - Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in Romanian combined with solid English - Track record of meeting/exceeding quotasExceptional consultative selling skills - Excellent presentation skills, both in virtual and in-person settings It'll be awesome if you have: - Experience in selling a B2B SaaS solution - Experience selling into other EU countries AI-native culture: Our team embraces AI as a fundamental part of how we work - not just for speed, but for creativity, documentation, and scale.
