Business Architect - SAP Quality Management (QM) Location: Cebu, Philippines Work Setup: Hybrid Shift: Shifting Experience: 2+ years Salary: Confidential Job Description Key Responsibilities: Evaluate existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement. Gather and analyze high-level business requirements from stakeholders. Design business solutions aligned with organizational objectives. Translate business requirements into technology-enabled solutions. Collaborate with business and technical teams to ensure effective solution delivery. Analyze processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency. Support change management and transformation initiatives. Develop business cases and support strategic initiatives. Monitor project progress and provide updates to stakeholders. Participate actively in team discussions and contribute solutions to business problems. Work independently and serve as a subject matter expert. Required Skills & Qualifications Expert knowledge of SAP Quality Management (QM) . Strong understanding of quality management principles. Experience in designing and implementing quality control processes. Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into solutions. Knowledge of process improvement methodologies. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Minimum 2 years of experience in SAP Quality Management (QM) . Willingness to work in a hybrid setup in Cebu and on a shifting schedule .
