Agentforce Developer

Responsibilities Build Salesforce Agentforce configurations, agent actions, and integrate Einstein AI features. Write custom logic, triggers, and Lightning Web Components (LWC) using Apex. Manage agent lifecycles, QA frameworks, and version control discipline. Develop API integrations from agents using REST/GraphQL calls. Handle DevOps tasks including CI/CD pipelines, sandbox strategy, and release governance. Apply security best practices such as least-privilege design and field-level security. Requirements 3–5 years of Salesforce development experience. At least one Agentforce or Einstein Copilot production delivery is required. Deep knowledge of the Sales Cloud and Service Cloud data models. Test-first discipline with a zero-defect mindset. Proactive communication skills to raise blockers and data quality issues early.
