📋 Description Lead a multidisciplinary squad in an AI-augmented SDLC. Coordinate AI agents across all SDLC stages with guardrails. Ensure AI agents are configured, monitored, and improved. Facilitate agile ceremonies in AI-enabled delivery. Map value streams and manage dependencies for timely delivery. Oversee the squad backlog with Product Managers and stakeholders. 🎯 Requirements Lead software development squads as Squad Lead, PM, or Engineering Manager. Strong knowledge of Scrum/Kanban or hybrid agile. Hands-on with AI agents/tools (Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor). Prompt engineering for SDLC contexts. Define and track agentic metrics and dashboards.
