Application Developer-Java & Web Technologies

About the role We are looking for an experienced Application Developer – Java & Web Technologies to design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications and web services. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Java/J2EE development, REST/SOAP web services, and Kafka, with a solid understanding of secure and scalable application development. Key responsibilities Design, develop, test, and maintain applications using Java Web/J2EE technologies. Develop and integrate RESTful and SOAP web services. Work extensively with Apache Kafka for messaging and event-driven application integration. Develop REST APIs using frameworks such as Spring Boot, Jersey, or RestEasy. Implement secure application access using OAuth security. Work with HTTP protocols and related web technologies. Apply Clean Code principles and software development best practices. Use version control and collaboration tools such as Git or RTC. Develop and maintain database components using SQL/MySQL. Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the application development lifecycle. About you 7.1–9 years of experience in application development. Strong experience in Java Web/J2EE development. Solid experience with REST and SOAP Web Services. Strong hands-on experience with Apache Kafka. Knowledge of HTTP Protocol. Experience with JAX-RS. Experience with at least one REST framework: Spring Boot, Jersey, or RestEasy. Experience implementing OAuth Security. Experience using Git or RTC. Strong understanding of Clean Code principles.
