Application Support Engineer

About the role You will utilize performance monitoring tools to provide end-to-end visibility, proactively monitor network health, and rapidly troubleshoot performance bottlenecks and outages. You will manage all network-related incidents, problems, and changes using ServiceNow, perform regular maintenance, participate in on-call rotations, and conduct root cause analysis. Key responsibilities Design, deploy, and manage Riverbed Steelhead appliances and complex Cisco routing/switching solutions Enhance application acceleration, network performance, and security across LAN, WAN, and data center environments Utilize SolarWinds, ThousandEyes, and The Dude to provide end-to-end visibility and proactively monitor network health Rapidly troubleshoot performance bottlenecks and outages Manage all network-related incidents, problems, and changes using ServiceNow Perform regular maintenance and participate in on-call rotations Conduct root cause analysis Develop and maintain comprehensive network documentation, including diagrams and procedures Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless IT operations About you At least 2 years' experience Must have Riverbed Steelhead, RIOS, RS WAN Optimizer skills Available for 24/7 on-call support for P1/P2 incidents No. of hours per week: 45hrs/week Shift Schedule: M-F Opening: 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM or Closing: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM Work Set up [Hybrid/WFH/RTO: Hybrid | 2x RTO a week. RTO Schedule: Tuesday and Wednesday
