Associate Technical Writer (Remote Eligible - Costa Rica)

📋 Description Write and maintain customer-facing technical documentation for the Smartsheet Help Center and Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure technical accuracy Create technical articles (how-to, FAQ, troubleshooting) with visual aids like screenshots and GIFs Support eLearning and video content production Use AI tools to accelerate content creation and improve workflows Manage content lifecycle from drafts to CMS publication 🎯 Requirements 2+ years of experience writing/editing web content BA or equivalent in English, Technical Communication, or related field Strong written and spoken English (C1+) Basic HTML proficiency Experience with content management systems (Drupal 9+ a plus) Familiarity with video production (scripting, screen recording, light editing) 🎁 Benefits Remote work flexibility within Costa Rica Equal opportunity employment environment Opportunity to work with innovative AI tools
