Salary: $120,000 - 160,000 per year Requirements: We require an undergraduate degree or an equivalent mix of education, training, and experience. We look for at least 5 years of experience in reporting, analytics, data visualization, business intelligence, or a closely related area. We need experience building dashboards, reports, and visualizations with enterprise reporting and analytics tools. We require experience working with both structured and unstructured data sources. We look for strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities. We need the ability to gather requirements and convert business questions into reporting and analytical solutions. We require strong written, verbal, and presentation skills. We value experience supporting cybersecurity, vulnerability management, security operations, risk management, or technical control reporting. We look for experience with Tableau, Power BI, or similar enterprise visualization platforms. We need familiarity with SQL, cloud-based data platforms, APIs, semantic models, and data governance practices. We value experience creating executive-level dashboards and reporting solutions. We look for experience supporting reporting automation, dashboard modernization, or process improvement efforts. Exposure to security metrics, attack surface management, vulnerability management, or security posture reporting is preferred. Responsibilities: We partner with cybersecurity, technology, risk, and business stakeholders to understand reporting needs, business objectives, and key decisions that require data-driven insight. We translate stakeholder needs into analytical methods, reporting solutions, dashboard improvements, and actionable recommendations. We support reporting initiatives from requirements gathering through implementation, testing, deployment, and ongoing maintenance. We present reporting results, trends, risks, and opportunities through dashboards, visualizations, written summaries, and presentations for both technical and non-technical audiences. We develop, maintain, and improve dashboards, scorecards, reports, and visualizations using approved enterprise reporting platforms. We apply visualization, usability, accessibility, and reporting best practices to strengthen stakeholder understanding and decision-making. We create prototypes, mockups, and dashboard concepts to confirm reporting needs and user expectations. We support the development and adoption of standardized reporting components, visualization patterns, and dashboard design practices. We acquire, compile, integrate, and analyze structured and unstructured data from approved enterprise sources. We verify data quality, accuracy, completeness, consistency, and reasonableness, and investigate discrepancies with the right partners. We conduct trend analysis, exploratory analysis, and descriptive analytics to uncover insights, risks, and opportunities. We support testing, validation, reconciliation, and quality review to ensure reporting outputs reflect approved metrics and business definitions. We develop, maintain, and run recurring reporting processes, dashboard refresh activities, and operational reporting schedules. We produce high-quality ad hoc reports and analyses in response to emerging stakeholder needs and business questions. We identify opportunities to improve efficiency through reporting automation, process optimization, standardization, and reusable reporting assets. We monitor dashboard and reporting performance, investigate issues, and deliver enhancements that improve quality, reliability, and usability. We develop and maintain reporting documentation, metric definitions, user guides, and operational procedures. We share reporting, visualization, and analytical best practices with peers and junior analysts. We support onboarding, training, and coaching related to reporting tools, dashboard usage, data literacy, and visualization techniques. We continuously build expertise in cybersecurity reporting, attack readiness metrics, business intelligence, data visualization, and emerging reporting technologies. We participate in reporting community forums, knowledge-sharing activities, continuous improvement initiatives, special projects, and other duties as assigned.
