Avionics Battery Technician II, Second Shift

📋 Description Inspect, diagnose, and troubleshoot battery systems using meters, analyzers, and diagnostics Verifying charge/discharge performance Assemble battery packs, modules, and wiring harnesses following technical drawings and safety Conduct capacity test, load test, and quality checks to verify system performance Document test results, maintenance actions, and system performance data Replace defective cells, wiring, or components and ensure proper disposal of hazardous materials 🎯 Requirements Knowledge of electrical systems, DC power, and basic electronics Ability to read wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical manuals Experience with multimeters, load testers, and diagnostic tools Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety Mechanical aptitude and hands on troubleshooting ability Knowledge in Li-ion cells and wire bond processes 🎁 Benefits Competitive salary and equity Generous PTO and sick leave policy Parental leave Annual learning and development stipend
