AI-Enhanced Productivity: Proficient in using AI development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor, ChatGPT, Claude) to accelerate coding, refactoring, unit testing, and documentation processes. Nice-to-have Experienced in developing/operating a system that handles high-capacity traffic. Experienced in virtualization-related platforms such as Docker and K8S Experience with Redis or other cache technology. Experience with message broker technology like Kafka. Those who are quick to analyze legacy systems and have the will to improve and technical capabilities. Those who have basic knowledge and experience in web front-end development and UI. AI Innovation: Knowledge of or interest in integrating LLMs, Agentic workflows, or MCP (Model Context Protocol) into software solutions.
