Business Analyst | Entry Level

*Jurong West* Business Analyst Working Hours: Monday to Friday Working Location: West Remuneration package: Up to $4,200 We are looking for a Business Analyst / Systems Analyst to support student management systems and digital platforms. You will work with users, IT teams and vendors to gather requirements, improve processes, support system enhancements and troubleshoot issues. Key Responsibilities Gather user requirements and translate business needs into clear functional requirements, user stories and process flows. Review existing workflows and identify opportunities for process improvement and automation. Support project workshops, requirements documentation, action tracking and stakeholder coordination. Develop test scenarios, coordinate UAT, track defects and support system implementation. Provide Level 2 system support and troubleshoot issues with internal IT teams and vendors. Perform system configurations and support system enhancements using low-code tools. Use Excel and SQL to extract, reconcile, clean and analyse data for reporting and operational needs. Support data cleansing, preparation and migration activities. Monitor data quality and system performance and follow up on identified issues. Maintain system documentation, user guides, FAQs and other knowledge resources. Requirements Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology or a related discipline. Up to 3 years of relevant experience in Business Analysis, Systems or a related field. Experience in requirements gathering, documentation, testing or system support. Proficient in Excel, with knowledge of SQL, Python, VBA or low-code tools being an advantage. Good communication, analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
