Technical Business & Systems Analyst 📍 Location: BGC 🏢 Work Setup: Full Onsite 💼 Experience: 2–3 years 🏦 Industry: Banking experience is a must Job Description: Gather and analyze business and system requirements for Fraud and Compliance initiatives. Conduct requirements analysis, feasibility assessment, and gap analysis to translate business needs into technical solutions. Coordinate with business users, developers, QA, Fraud, Compliance, Legal, and Audit teams throughout project delivery. Support UAT, test planning, defect management, deployment, release activities, and production handover . Handle Tier 2/3 production incidents , perform root cause analysis, and recommend system enhancements. Manage system configurations, parameters, and rulesets while ensuring proper change control and audit compliance. Monitor system performance, fraud detection, compliance reporting, and data integrity. Identify opportunities for process automation, system improvement, and operational risk reduction . Requirements: 2–3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, Technical Business Analyst, or similar role. Banking experience is required , preferably with exposure to Fraud, Compliance, Risk, or Financial Crime systems. Strong experience in requirements gathering, UAT, defect management, and production support . Good understanding of system analysis, incident management, and root cause analysis . Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
