BusinessObjects Data Services Lead

About the role We are looking for an experienced SAP BODS LEAD to support data migration activities for an SAP S/4HANA migration project. The role will focus on ETL development, data cleansing, transformation, validation, and reconciliation using SAP BusinessObjects Data Services (BODS). Key responsibilities Design and develop BODS jobs, workflows, and dataflows for SAP S/4HANA migration. Extract and transform data from SAP ECC and non-SAP source systems. Perform data cleansing, standardization, mapping, enrichment, and validation. Support migration of SAP master and transactional data. Develop data quality and reconciliation reports. Collaborate with functional, data migration, and business teams on mapping and validation requirements. Support SIT, UAT, mock conversions, dress rehearsals, and production cutover. Troubleshoot migration issues and optimize ETL performance. Prepare technical documentation, specifications, and operational runbooks. About you Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 3–5 years of hands-on SAP BusinessObjects Data Services (BODS) experience. Experience in SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA data migration projects. Strong knowledge of SQL, ETL, data profiling, and data quality management. Experience with SAP master data such as Business Partner, Customer, Vendor, Material, GL, and Cost Center. Knowledge of data migration methodologies, reconciliation, and validation processes. Experience with SAP Migration Cockpit, Syniti, SNP, SAP Data Services Migration Workbench, or similar migration tools is an advantage. Must be willing to work in a hybrid setup and report onsite as required.
