Coordinator Grants Administration

Job Description We are searching for a dynamic and knowledgeable Coordinator to join PSI Project Expense Management & Grants Administration department. Hybrid in Kyiv, Ukraine Responsibilities: Work with big number of contractual documents (contracts, amendments, deeds of acceptance etc.), including their tracking and filing Preparation of payment documents and verification of payments after their execution Maintenance of databases and tracking systems Preparation of documents for banks/tax authorities upon requests from sites Communication point for Accounting, Legal and Operations teams, as well as hospitals participating in the clinical research projects Qualifications University degree Prior experience in document administration and management Financial and contractual experience is a plus Upper-Intermediate English, spoken and written Proficient user of standard MS Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) Critical and analytical thinking skills Detail-oriented, able to multi-task and work effectively in a fast-paced environment Good problem-solving abilities, flexibility in responding to business needs Company Description PSI is a leading Contract Research Organization (CRO) with 30 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
