📋 Description Own how Finance, HR, Legal, and Workplace teams find, understand and act on data for themselves Set the enablement roadmap, define guardrails for self-service, and design ways of working Partner with senior leaders across Finance and HR to embed data into planning cycles, performance Influence central Data, BI and Governance teams to shape what gets built Lift data and AI literacy across the function Design role-based enablement programmes and learning pathways for Finance, PX, and leadership 🎯 Requirements Track record of designing and running enablement or change programmes that measurably shifted how Experience influencing senior stakeholders without direct authority, ideally across Finance Background covering modern analytics stacks including SQL, cloud data warehouses, transformation Strength in translating complex data concepts into clear, practical guidance for different audiences Experience defining and tracking adoption, usage, and outcome metrics Mentoring analysts and business users to lift capability across the community 🎁 Benefits Hybrid work model combining in-office collaboration with work-from-home flexibility Boost days bringing the team together in person for connection and collaborative work
