📋 Description Apply Sia's methodology to specify, analyze, design, and implement business processes. Lead projects and initiatives with substantive guidance to teams. Translate complex organizational structures into workable solutions. Develop product breakdown structures for large-scale programs (budgets €3–50 million). Model business processes using BPM tools; perform simulations for optimization. Advise clients on process design, operational excellence, and digital transformation. 🎯 Requirements Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Data Science, Information Management, or related field. 1–3 years of experience in process consulting, data consulting, or digital transformation. Strong analytical mindset with experience in BPM, data modeling, and performance measurement. Proficient with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau), SQL, or data analysis tools is a plus.
