📋 Description Lead and mentor a team of data engineers, driving growth. Drive hiring and team growth to scale with roadmap demands. Own the data platform strategy and modernization for performance and scalability. Collaborate with product and engineering to define data models and analytics architecture. Partner with detection engineering to ensure data quality for threat-detection workflows. Own production support and incident response for the data platform. 🎯 Requirements 7+ years of engineering management experience. Agile management with cross-functional Product Teams. Cybersecurity or SOC experience. Strong background in distributed data systems. Experience with Elastic Stack, Airflow, Docker, Kubernetes, PostgreSQL, ClickHouse, and dbt.
