Salary: $61,000 - 101,000 per year Requirements: We require a masters degree in finance, economics, statistics, or another quantitative field, along with at least 5 years of experience in fraud strategy, analytics, or a related quantitative discipline. We look for a proven ability to independently lead complex initiatives, balance multiple priorities, and deliver strong outcomes. We need experience facilitating discussions and building alignment across multiple functions. We value excellent analytical and problem-solving ability, with strong attention to detail. We require outstanding written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present complex analysis and recommendations to executive leadership and stakeholders. We seek a solid foundation in statistics, econometrics, or similar quantitative methods. We require advanced proficiency in SAS, SQL, and spreadsheet tools, with the ability to query and work with large datasets to produce actionable insights. Responsibilities: We lead the development, implementation, and enhancement of analytics that give senior management clear insight into fraud trends and account quality. We oversee analysis of key performance metrics and profitability drivers across the full account lifecycle, turning findings into recommendations that shape strategy and operations. We build a deep understanding of operational processes such as underwriting, portfolio management, and collections to identify and address fraud risk drivers. We direct complex projects from initial analysis through implementation and performance tracking, ensuring alignment with our organizational goals. We drive strategic discussions and collaborate with stakeholders across functions, representing the Fraud Strategy team in cross-functional initiatives. We communicate findings and recommendations clearly to executive leadership and stakeholders to support data-driven decisions.
