Delivery Manager - INFRA

Key Responsibilities Plan, coordinate, and manage application releases across development, testing, staging, and production environments. Establish and maintain standardized release management processes and best practices. Develop and manage the enterprise release calendar in collaboration with project managers and technical teams. Coordinate release schedules across multiple projects and portfolios to minimize conflicts and ensure timely delivery. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in Release Management, Project Management, Service Transition, or a related role. Proven experience managing software releases in enterprise or large-scale IT environments. Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile delivery methodologies. Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across development, QA, infrastructure, and business units. Experience managing multiple concurrent releases and competing priorities. Technical Skills Familiarity with change management and IT service management practices. Experience with release planning, deployment scheduling, and production implementation. Experience with packaged application deployments is preferred. Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, or similar platforms. Understanding of version control systems and software configuration management.
