Главни одговорности : 3Д и 2Д дизајн на делови и склопови во согласност со Wabtec стандардите (SolidWorks, AutoCAD), Подготовка и ажурирање на сметки за материјал Извршување на „дизајн до цена“ - цена на оптимизација на производот Tехничка поддршка на други оддели Поддршка за време на склопување на првиот дел Поддршка за време на фазата на валидација Подготвување програми за тестирање на типови за да се потврди дизајнот Одговорен за процесот на промена на производот (ECR) Изведува анализи и пресметки пред да пополни технички цртежи, пресметување на толеранции, димензии и структурна анализа. Анализа на резултатите од тестови и промена на дизајнот по потреба Надгледување на процесот на производство на уредот Работа со други професионалци, во и надвор од инженерскиот сектор Консултации со клиенти за утврдување на барањата за дизајнирање делови од опрема за железнички возила Изведување на активностите на APQP процесите Доколку е потребно, патуваwe со цел поддршка на експерти од областа или за остварување контакти за нови деловни можности Квалификации: Минимални барања: Машински инженер. Познавање на Македонски јазик – задолжително. Познавање на Англиски јазик – задолжително. EN: Position Summary : The Design Engineer will be responsible for engineering process capability improvement in line with increasing customer requirements. Major Responsibilities: 3D and 2D design of parts and assemblies in accordance with Wabtec standards (SolidWorks, AutoCAD), Preparation and update Bills of Material Pursue the “design to cost”- cost of the product optimization Provide technical support to other departments Support during assembly of the first part Support during validation phase Prepare type test programs to validate design Responsible for product change process (ECR) Perform analyzes and calculation before completing technical drawings, calculate things like tolerances, dimensions and structural analysis. Analyze the test results and change the design as needed Oversee the manufacturing process for the device Working with other professionals, within and outside the engineering sector Consultation with clients to determine requirements for parts design of railway vehicles equipment Perform the activities of the APQP processes If necessary, travel with the aim of supporting field experts or for making contacts for new business opportunities Qualifications: Minimum Requirements: University degree in Mechanical Engineering; Macedonian language is a must. High proficiency in spoken and written English.
