DevOps Engineer - banking

We are looking for a skilled DevOps Engineer to join our cross-functional Application department in Warsaw. In this role, you will work in a challenging and rewarding environment, collaborating with various teams to support the Command Center End-to-End Monitoring project. You will engage with a range of technologies including the ELK Stack, Grafana, and Docker/Kubernetes, all within an international setting. This is a hybrid role requiring three days of work from the office in Warsaw.
Requirements:
Minimum 6 years of professional experience in DevOps or a related field Proficiency with the ELK stack, including Elasticsearch, Logstash, and Kibana Strong command of Grafana for monitoring and visualization Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes for container orchestration Solid technical background in infrastructure service offerings such as PostgreSQL and RabbitMQ Familiarity with OpenTelemetry (OTel) and continuous delivery practices Experience with configuration management tools such as Git Advanced level of English
Must have: Elasticsearch, Grafana, Kibana (ELK), Docker/Kubernetes, Logstash + Kibana
Daily tasks: - Contributing to the design and delivery of the cross-functional monitoring project, focusing on infrastructure, application, and end-to-end process monitoring
– Helping improve the maturity of application monitoring practices
– Defining a framework that enables a repeatable and scalable monitoring model
– Supporting the team in technical activities and implementing CI/CD practices
– Leading DevOps initiatives and innovation topics for applications
– Increasing team autonomy and expertise regarding development practices
– Promoting and advocating DevOps culture within teams
– Maintaining awareness of technological trends and innovations
