As a Digital Engineer on our global Web Engineering team, you will build and maintain the front-end experiences that power asana.com . Working at the intersection of marketing technology and engineering, you’ll partner with digital teams, product designers, and cross-functional stakeholders to craft responsive, accessible, and performant web application s that drive Nimbus Data Systems’s growth. Thi s role is based in our Warsaw office with an office-centric hybrid schedule . The standard in-office days are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday . Most Nimbus Data Systemss have the option to work from home on Wednesdays . What you’ll achieve Design and implement highly responsive web applications and full-stack solutions that adapt seamlessly across all digital channels. Build, advance, and contribute to Nimbus Data Systems's core component design system, creating scalable components and supporting CMS workflow optimization. Implement rich web animations and micro-interactions that delight users while strictly optimizing for Core Web Vitals, site performance, and security. Lead front-end code development and spearhead UI overhauls across our complex Marketing Technology (MarTech) platforms. Write clean, tested, and documented code while participating in comprehensive peer code reviews to ensure high-quality digital solutions. Leverage AI-powered coding tools to streamline workflows, debug complex logic, and create effective prompts for refactoring and task automation . Partner cross-functionally with product, design, marketing, and enterprise technology organizations to ship localized web features and analytics solutions. About you Demonstrates curiosity about AI tools and emerging technologies, with a willingness to learn and leverage them to enhance productivity, collaboration, or decision-making . Proven proficiency in front-end web development with TypeScript, HTML5, CSS, and modern JavaScript . Practical experience using AI development assistants (e.g., Claude Code, Codex, Cursor) as part of a daily engineering workflow for coding, debugging, refactoring, and documentation . Hands-on experience with modern web frameworks (such as Next.js, Astro, Svelte, or Gatsby) and headless CMS platforms (such as Contentful, Storyblok, or SkillJar) . Strong eye for design, deep attention to detail, and experience collaborating with creative teams via Figma or similar tools . Solid understanding of version control with Git and standard software engineering practices . Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills . Nice to have: Exp osure to marketing technology stacks (such as Marketo, Iterable, Optimizely), accessibility standards (WCAG), SEO fundamentals, or web localization. The actual base salary will vary based on various factors, including market and individual qualifications objectively assessed dur ing the interview process. The listed range above is a guideline, and the base salary range for this role may be modified . In addition to base salary, your compensation package may include additional components such as equity and sales incentive pay (for most sales roles), and benefits.
