Digital Workplace Engineer

about the company this role is focused on working with a reputable global corporate services leader that provides operational and tech support to premier portfolio assets Act as the ambassador for digital workplace change management and end-user communications about the job Act as the primary point of contact for Asia-Pacific end-user support, delivering high-quality IT service experiences. Manage and resolve IT service requests end-to-end within a multi-stakeholder corporate environment. Oversee end-user computing devices, managing IT asset tracking and software licensing inventories. Provide onsite audio/video tech assistance, including live event support. Provide remote L1 and L2 support to regional portfolio companies to ensure seamless user onboarding. Draft and maintain internal IT procedures, documentation, and knowledge base articles skills and experience required Minimum 2+ years of experience in IT Service Delivery and end-user support. Hands-on troubleshooting expertise in Windows OS, Microsoft 365 / Office 365, mobile devices, AV/VC equipment, and network printing. Familiarity with IT Service Management (ITSM) processes and tools such as ServiceNow. Solid understanding of basic network infrastructure and Wi-Fi connectivity to effectively perform triage and escalation. Excellent communication and customer-service orientation to interact with diverse business and technical stakeholders. Strong problem-solving abilities with an active interest in staying updated on current IT and cybersecurity trends.
