Partner with Product, Design, and Commercial to translate strategy into execution. Build and scale a high-performing SF engineering team; mentor managers. Guide architectural decisions across data engineering, AI, and analytics. Own talent acquisition for SF market to attract top engineering talent. 🎯 Requirements 10+ years of software engineering experience, with 5+ years in leadership. Experience managing managers or Engineering Leads and scaling teams. Strong product thinking; partner with Product Management to define roadmaps. Deep fluency in software architecture and large-scale distributed systems.
