📋 Description Own end-to-end delivery of core product initiatives; lead a fullstack team. Set direction for large-scale AI systems: retrieval, security, collaboration. Lead architecture for enterprise-grade features and AI tool integration. Build and grow your team: hire engineers, set standards, mentor. Partner with Product, Design, and AI to ship intuitive user experiences. Establish an engineering culture focused on simplicity, ownership, craftsmanship. 🎯 Requirements 6+ years as product-focused fullstack or backend engineer. 2+ years leading engineers with ownership over delivery and health. Proven ability to design and operate backend platforms for multiple product lines. Strong experience with frontend frameworks (React) or backend (Python/Node.js/Go). Excellent technical judgment and product instinct; attention to UX. Bonus: AI-powered apps, large-scale data, LLM evaluation. 🎁 Benefits Founding member of the Toronto team.
