📋 Description Lead and grow a high-performing team for Model Infrastructure. Define roadmap for reliability, scalability, and operational excellence. Build provisioning, capacity management, failover, and incident response. Own multi-provider model platform: integrations, SDK upgrades, API migrations. Drive Unified Model Controller and Model Selector routing. Improve observability and cost reporting across providers. 🎯 Requirements 8+ years of software engineering experience, incl. managing teams. Lead teams for large-scale distributed systems or cloud infra. Strong technical background to guide architecture and mentor engineers. Experience operating highly available production services.
