Roles and Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate effective communication and coordination among team members to ensure timely resolution of operational challenges. - Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system reliability and operational efficiency. - Support the development and implementation of best practices and standard operating procedures within the team. Job Qualifications: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Network Engineering. - Additional Good To Have Skills: Experience with Load Balancers. - Strong knowledge of network protocols, routing, and switching technologies. - Experience in troubleshooting complex network issues and optimizing network performance. - Familiarity with network security principles and practices. - Ability to work with network monitoring and diagnostic tools to ensure system health and availability. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Network Engineering.
