Forward Deployed Engineer

📋 Description Collaborate with engineering leaders and teams to connect Command to existing work systems. Establish technical and operational foundations for adoption; help teams plan, build, ship, and learn. Navigate cloud infrastructure, integrations, workflow design, automation, and coaching. Work in customer environments configuring access to source-control, CI/CD, tickets, and identity systems. Write production-grade code and turn customer solutions into reusable product capabilities. Deliver more than deployment; provide a stronger system for building software. 🎯 Requirements 6+ years in software or forward deployed, customer, solutions, or implementation engineering. Strong coding and systems-thinking skills, able to move from whiteboard to production. Strong understanding of product development and engineering workflows; familiar with planning, building, shipping, and debugging. Experience building or integrating software across APIs, event flows, data models, permissions, automation, or agent-based workflows. Strong technical judgment: know when to customize, simplify, or push for productization.
