Founding Engineer / Tech Lead (Stablecoin Cross-border Payments Infrastructure)

📋 Description Own end-to-end payments backend design and development. Architect scalable payment processing, ledgering, and settlement flows. Build production-grade backend systems with reliability and security. Define engineering standards, architecture patterns, and system design principles. Collaborate with founder on technical roadmap and product direction. Ensure systems are robust, observable, and capable of global scaling. 🎯 Requirements Tech Lead / Staff Engineer with hands-on ownership of design and execution. Strong hands-on experience building payment backend/infrastructure systems. Deep understanding of distributed systems and backend architecture. Ability to operate independently in zero-to-one environments; comfortable with partial APAC overlap. Strong English communication skills. Nice to Have: Exposure to Web3, stablecoins, or blockchain-based payments.
