GIS Data Expert

📋 Description Convert utilities and infrastructure as-built drawings and data into structured GIS datasets. Perform data extraction, transformation, cleansing, and preparation for Enterprise GIS environments. Ensure converted datasets comply with defined GIS data models, standards, and specifications. Conduct comprehensive GIS data validation and QA/QC activities. Identify and resolve spatial, attribute, topology, and connectivity issues. Ensure GIS datasets meet defined accuracy, completeness, consistency, and quality requirements. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor’s degree in GIS, Geomatics, Geography, Surveying, Civil Engineering, Computer Science, or 7+ years of hands-on experience specifically in utilities and infrastructure as-built conversion to Strong experience in GIS data extraction, conversion, cleansing, validation, and QA/QC. Strong experience working with utilities, infrastructure, and land GIS datasets. Experience with spatial relationships, topological behaviors, network connectivity, and GIS Experience working with Enterprise GIS environments.
