Graphic Designer (Night Shift)

Work Location: Exchange Tower, Cebu – Onsite Work Schedule: Night Shift We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Graphic Designer to elevate our brand’s visual identity across digital platforms, social media campaigns, marketing initiatives, and premium corporate events. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for high-end, polished visual design and the ability to transform campaign concepts and strategic briefs into compelling visual content. Key Responsibilities Brand & Campaign Design Create visual assets for social media campaigns, including logos, promotional banners, social media posts, and digital advertisements. Design custom video thumbnails for podcasts, YouTube, and other digital content. Create video cover templates and visual assets for Instagram Reels and TikTok. Maintain consistency with brand guidelines and visual identity. Event & Experiential Design Develop premium marketing collateral for exclusive VIP events, workshops, and corporate networking events. Design landing page layouts, HTML/image email banners, event invitations, and promotional materials. Create visually polished designs suited for corporate, executive, and high-end audiences. Marketing Collateral Develop digital graphics for marketing campaigns, website banners, presentations/decks, lead magnets, and promotional materials. Adapt creative assets across multiple platforms and formats while maintaining brand consistency. Creative Iteration & Optimization Develop multiple creative concepts and variations for campaign assets. Support A/B testing by producing different visual directions and creative versions. Optimize designs according to platform requirements, audience, and campaign objectives. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with executive leadership, digital marketing teams, and content creators. Translate strategic briefs and marketing objectives into engaging visual concepts. Incorporate feedback and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver high-quality creative outputs. Requirements & Qualifications 3+ years of professional graphic design experience , preferably within a marketing agency, premium digital brand, or fast-paced corporate/executive marketing environment. Strong portfolio showcasing: Social media campaigns Premium event and marketing materials Landing page concepts Logo and branding projects Video thumbnails and cover designs Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite , particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. Proficiency in Figma or equivalent UI/design tools. Strong understanding of luxury, premium, and corporate visual aesthetics . Excellent understanding of typography, composition, layout hierarchy, and visual consistency. Ability to create designs optimized for LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, email, and web platforms. Strong attention to detail, creativity, time management, and collaboration skills. Willingness to work onsite in Cebu and follow a night-shift schedule .
