Group Product Manager - Backend Experience

📋 Description Lead the BEAT product strategy and vision for agent-native backend development. Shape AI and LLM-powered capabilities across the software lifecycle. Use BEAT tools and AI-augmented workflows to drive initiatives. Lead and develop a team of Product Managers. Partner with Engineering Area Lead to align priorities and investments. Build trusted partnerships with senior engineers and Backend Advisory Board. 🎯 Requirements Experience leading product orgs for internal developer platforms or infrastructure. Proven track record coaching Product Managers across levels. Strong understanding of AI/LLMs shaping software development for developer platforms. Balance long-term vision with hands-on execution in ambiguous problems. Experience partnering with senior engineering leaders and advisory groups.
