📋 Description Design and fabricate camera and gripper mounts, adapters, fixtures, end-effector interfaces, and Integrate arms, mobile bases, lift mechanisms, sensors, compute, power distribution, and cable Take retrofit kits from requirements and CAD through supplier coordination, assembly, validation Work on cell safeguarding with safety specialists, including guarding, emergency stops, interlocks Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults and separate physical failures from software issues Maintain lab with calibration fixtures, preventive maintenance, spares, configuration records, and 🎯 Requirements Experience designing, assembling, and deploying mechatronic or robotic hardware Strong CAD skills and hands-on rapid prototyping, machining, and mechanical assembly Understanding of loads, stiffness, tolerances, fasteners, cable routing, and sensor/actuator Experience with low-voltage power, connectors, harnesses, and electrical troubleshooting Experience writing test procedures, bills of materials, assembly instructions, and maintenance Careful judgment around robot hazards and comfort across mechanical, electrical, controls, and 🎁 Benefits Comprehensive health, dental, vision, life and disability insurance coverage 401k retirement benefits with employer match Learning and wellness stipends Paid time off
