Head of Corporate Finance, Data & AI

Salary: $120,000 - 160,000 per year Requirements: We are seeking 12-15+ years of senior leadership experience in Data & AI, with a track record of enterprise-scale transformation. We need experience establishing data and AI governance frameworks, including data quality, lineage, model monitoring, and access controls. We value experience designing operating models that balance centralized oversight with decentralized innovation. We look for experience leading enterprise-wide adoption and enablement initiatives. We prefer a strong background in process transformation, automation, and workflow redesign. We need exceptional communication skills to explain complex technical concepts to senior business leaders. Responsibilities: We will define and execute the Corporate Finance Data & AI strategy, creating a clear roadmap aligned with enterprise priorities. We will drive adoption of modern analytics and AI tools across Finance to improve speed, accuracy, and decision-making. We will identify capability gaps and design scalable, integrated solutions that advance Finance maturity. We will build and lead world-class teams across data analytics, data engineering, governance, and AI. We will foster a high-performance culture through clear goals, coaching, and talent development. We will operate effectively in both direct and matrixed environments to extend impact across Corporate Finance. We will partner with senior Finance leaders, such as BU CFOs, FP&A, and CAO, to deliver actionable, data-driven insights. We will translate complex analytics and AI outputs into clear business recommendations. We will position our team as trusted advisors to Finance and enterprise stakeholders. We will collaborate with Finance and business partners to design intuitive self-service analytics and AI capabilities. We will develop frameworks, guardrails, and training to support responsible and sustainable adoption. We will build Finance-wide data and AI literacy through targeted enablement programs. We will embed governance, controls, and monitoring across data and AI workflows to ensure quality, transparency, and compliance. We will balance innovation with risk management, auditability, and regulatory expectations. We will stay current on industry trends and represent Vanguard within the broader analytics and AI community. We will lead budget planning and prioritize technology investments aligned to strategic objectives.
