ICAM Policy Analyst

Salary: $75,000 - 85,000 per year Requirements: We require U.S. citizenship. We require an active U.S. Government Secret clearance or higher. We require a bachelors degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, Public Policy, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience. We require at least two years of experience supporting ICAM policy, governance, or cybersecurity compliance in government or defense settings. We require strong skills in policy drafting, analysis, communication, and executive-level presentations. We are looking for knowledge of federal ICAM policies and frameworks, including OMB M-22-09, OMB M-19-17, NIST SP 800-63, NIST SP 800-53, FIPS 201, and HSPD-12. We are looking for familiarity with PKI, MFA, SAML, OIDC/OAuth 2.0, IGA, PAM, Active Directory/Entra ID, and LDAP. We are looking for experience translating regulatory requirements into operational policy and governance structures. We value familiarity with FICAM or DoD ICAM implementations. We are looking for understanding of cloud and hybrid identity environments such as Azure Entra ID, AWS IAM, and Google Cloud IAM. We are looking for knowledge of dynamic access control approaches, including RBAC and ABAC. Responsibilities: We develop, review, and maintain ICAM policies, governance frameworks, roadmaps, and standard operating procedures. We ensure our policies align with federal mandates and standards, including OMB, NIST, HSPD-12, FIPS 201, and DoD ICAM guidance. We provide policy oversight for PKI, PIV/CAC, SSO, federation, PAM, and identity governance programs. We assess RBAC and ABAC access models in support of Zero Trust Architecture initiatives. We conduct policy reviews, compliance assessments, and gap analyses against federal security requirements. We lead stakeholder working groups and coordinate with cybersecurity, architecture, and program teams. We prepare policy briefs, compliance documentation, executive presentations, and audit materials.
