Insights Analyst

Salary: $62,400 - 72,800 per year Requirements: We are looking for someone with 3+ years of related experience, including SQL query development and reporting. We value experience in project coordination, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration. We need a background in data governance, data quality controls, and audit preparedness. We are seeking experience communicating insights through storytelling and executive-ready materials. Exposure to sustainability and impact measurement is preferred. We prefer a demonstrated process improvement and innovation mindset, including familiarity with AI-enabled tools for summarization and automation. A bachelors degree or an advanced degree is preferred; in lieu of a degree, 5+ years of related experience is acceptable. Responsibilities: We support dashboard data collection and governance, including representing CSR during data refresh efforts with business data owners. We track data points for new dashboard additions and maintain documentation for KPIs, data sources, and reporting needs. We support executive reporting and storytelling by preparing summaries that highlight key insights, trends, and business impact. We assist with presentations, leadership updates, board materials, and impact reporting. We facilitate recurring dashboard working groups and stakeholder meetings, owning process documentation and governance activities. We manage action items, agendas, meeting notes, and follow-up communications. We identify opportunities to streamline data collection, validation, and workflows. We document and test AI-enabled solutions for data summarization, stakeholder communication, and process automation. We recommend enhancements that improve data quality, user experience, and efficiency. We help onboard new metrics, business areas, and strategic initiatives based on best practices and priorities. We gather stakeholder feedback, prioritize improvements, and monitor dashboard usage to increase engagement. We write SQL queries and use SQL tools to access, summarize, manipulate, and capture member, claim, provider, and other stakeholder data. We develop new reports and templates using reporting tools and data mining techniques. We provide programming support to extract and analyze data from enterprise systems. We monitor and analyze utilization, quality, and expense data to identify areas for improvement. We identify trends and perform problem-solving analyses to support decision-making. We develop, implement, and maintain data quality control processes and recommend improvements. We serve as a point of contact for audit processes and procedures. We suggest procedural changes to meet reporting requirements. We develop and maintain documented processes to generate reports and related materials. We present findings and recommendations to business stakeholders. We represent the department on project teams and process optimization efforts, including analysis, interviews, procedure design, documentation, and implementation. We produce monthly, quarterly, and annual reports and provide user support for ad hoc reporting and issue resolution. We maintain a departmental inventory of queries, consolidate duplicates, and promote production-grade reporting with single-source repositories and execution guidelines. We collaborate with customers to complete needs analyses and provide analytical support.
