IT Experience Intern

📋 Description Shadow and assist with frontline support for end-user laptops, tablets, and mobile devices (Mac Help log and update support tickets in ServiceNow or a comparable ticketing system under supervision Support new-hire onboarding tasks such as equipment staging, setup, and account provisioning Assist with maintaining accurate hardware and software asset records Observe and help prepare conference rooms and meeting technology for events, partnering with Learn and follow documented procedures and runbooks for common support scenarios 🎯 Requirements Currently enrolled in an associate's, bachelor’s or master’s degree program, preferably in a No prior professional IT experience required; personal or coursework experience with computers is a Basic familiarity with Mac and/or Windows devices Some exposure to Microsoft Office 365 suite of products (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) Willingness to learn ticketing systems (e.g. ServiceNow) and follow structured support workflows Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a customer-first mindset 🎁 Benefits Paid internship Hands-on learning opportunity Mentorship from Analysts and senior IT staff Exposure to the complete IT service life cycle Opportunity to build technical and customer-service foundation for a future in IT Inclusive culture with commitment to Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging
