📍 Makati City | Hybrid Work Setup (3x per week onsite) 🕒 Mid to Night Shift 🚀 Urgent Hiring | ASAP Starters Preferred About the role We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Project Manager to lead office build-out and infrastructure projects from planning through execution. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in managing workplace infrastructure initiatives, vendor coordination, and network-related requirements while ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Key responsibilities Lead end-to-end office build-out and infrastructure projects. Manage project timelines, budgets, risks, and stakeholder communications. Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, contractors, and external partners. Oversee network infrastructure requirements, including connectivity, cabling, and deployment activities. Ensure compliance with organizational standards, project governance, and security requirements. Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders. Drive issue resolution and ensure successful project delivery. About you Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. At least 4 years of relevant Infrastructure Project Management experience. Proven experience managing office build-out, workplace expansion, relocation, or office infrastructure projects. Strong understanding of network infrastructure, including LAN/WAN, structured cabling, connectivity, and related technologies. Experience working with cross-functional teams and external vendors. Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and organizational skills. PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification is an advantage.
