IT Project Manager

Salary: $120,000 - 150,000 per year Requirements: We need 10+ years of project management experience leading large, complex enterprise technology initiatives. We need demonstrated success coordinating cross-functional technical and business teams, as well as third-party vendors. We need experience managing scope, schedules, risks, issues, budgets, and stakeholder communications. We need a background creating project charters, resource plans, RACI matrices, schedules, risk and issue logs, governance reports, and executive status updates. We need strong communication, facilitation, stakeholder management, and conflict resolution skills. PMP or an equivalent certification is preferred. Experience with Oracle CCB or similar customer information or utility billing platforms is preferred, including about 3+ years supporting CCB implementations or upgrades. Experience leading enterprise application upgrades in utilities, energy, public sector, or regulated environments is preferred. Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Microsoft 365 collaboration tools, SharePoint Online, and enterprise IT governance processes is preferred. We require a bachelors degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline. Responsibilities: We lead end-to-end delivery for the Oracle CCB upgrade, from initiation and planning through execution, monitoring, and transition to operations. We develop and maintain integrated project plans in collaboration with internal teams and the System Integrator. We manage scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks, issues, decisions, and interdependencies. We facilitate communication across stakeholders, subject matter experts, leadership teams, and vendors. We drive compliance with governance processes, stage gates, and reporting obligations. We oversee testing and quality assurance, including defect management and release readiness. We support organizational change management and help remove delivery blockers. We coordinate vendor and System Integrator performance and resolve issues as they arise. We lead cutover planning, operational transition, and knowledge transfer. We deliver a post-upgrade cloud-readiness assessment and provide recommendations. We ensure project artifacts are completed and stored to standard using Microsoft 365 and SharePoint Online. In this role, we will partner with cross-functional technical and business teams, a System Integrator, and software vendors to deliver a multi-year upgrade from version 2.7 to the latest on-prem release, followed by a cloud-readiness assessment. The pay range listed reflects a W2 hourly rate, and other employment options may be available.
