IT Workflow Coordinator #IAC

Responsibilities Responsible for the accurate and timely updates of data within internal and external systems Communicates with internal operations, finance, sales and technical stakeholders to provide accurate and timely reports according to Service Level Agreements (SLA). Responsible to ensure all IT assets are properly recorded and provide accurate reporting for the purpose of assets deployment. Communicates with Service Deployment personnels to schedule site survey, site preparations and deployments. Communicates with external parties for preparations of Quotations, Delivery. and Billing functions. Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor. Requirements Min.
