Jr. Business Analyst

The Jr. Business Analyst supports the Product Management Group in developing and improving WTI products and services. The role involves gathering requirements, analyzing business processes, supporting product testing, and coordinating with different teams to ensure products meet business and client needs. Key Responsibilities 1. Market & Process Analysis Create process flowcharts and document business processes. Assist in preparing requirements and product documentation. 2. Requirement Gathering Gather and analyze requirements from internal teams, clients, and partners. Work with Developers to translate requirements into development specifications. 3. Product & Project Support Support product development, testing, and implementation. Assist with UAT, Beta Testing, and other pre-deployment activities. 4. Cross-Functional Collaboration Coordinate with different teams to support product development and process improvements. Participate in client and stakeholder meetings to gather feedback and insights. Assist with post-launch reviews and product improvements. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering 1–2 years of experience as a Business Analyst is preferred. Experience in technical documentation and process mapping, including UML, EER, and process flow diagrams. Knowledge of prototyping tools such as Gemini Canvas and Figma . Familiarity with UAT and Beta Testing is an advantage. Proficient in flowcharting and documentation tools such as Draw.io . Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills. Strong technical writing and communication skills in English and Filipino. Knowledge of Agile/Sprint methodology is required . Able to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Detail-oriented, adaptable, and able to manage changing priorities. Good interpersonal skills and professional attitude. Lean Six Sigma White/Yellow Belt certification is a plus. Willing to work in a hybrid setup (3 days onsite) and beyond regular hours when needed. Willing to participate in client meetings for requirements gathering. Stable internet connection required for remote work.
