Jr. Salesforce Manager Location: Philippines (Remote) Focus: Salesforce Development, Technical Leadership & Delivery Mentorship: Direct access to CTA (Certified Technical Architect) coaching The Mission We’re looking for a hands-on Salesforce professional who is ready to take the next step from individual contributor to technical leadership. As a Jr. Salesforce Manager, you’ll continue working deeply within the Salesforce platform while helping guide developers, review technical solutions, and make sound decisions around architecture and implementation. What We’re Looking For Salesforce Expertise: You have solid hands-on experience with Apex, LWC, Flows, triggers, and Salesforce development best practices. Technical Problem Solving: You can investigate issues beyond the immediate bug and understand how a change can affect the wider Salesforce org. Code & Solution Review: You can review Apex, LWC, and automation solutions, identify potential issues, and guide developers toward better implementations. Integration Experience: You understand how Salesforce communicates with external systems through REST/SOAP APIs, including authentication, error handling, and data exchange. Architectural Judgment: You understand when to use Flow, Apex, configuration, or another Salesforce capability based on scalability, maintainability, and system health. Emerging Leadership: You’re comfortable mentoring developers, providing technical direction, and helping unblock the team without needing to be the most senior person in the room. Product Mindset: You care about the business problem behind a request, not just whether the technical requirement can be implemented. What You’ll Do Develop and maintain custom Salesforce applications using Apex, LWC, Flow, and other platform capabilities. Review code and technical solutions for quality, scalability, and maintainability. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to Salesforce developers. Help break down complex requirements into practical Salesforce solutions. Participate in system design and technical discussions. Troubleshoot production issues and identify root causes. Support Salesforce integrations with external systems. Help establish and enforce development standards and best practices. Identify technical debt and recommend improvements. Work closely with stakeholders and the wider engineering team to deliver solutions that address the actual business need. What’s In It For You? Solid Apex and LWC experience. Experience with Salesforce automation, including Flow and triggers. Understanding of Salesforce development patterns and best practices. Experience with REST and/or SOAP integrations. Ability to conduct or participate in technical/code reviews. Demonstrated ability to mentor or guide other developers. Strong problem-solving and communication skills. Product-oriented mindset. Based in the Philippines. Willingness to undergo a technical deep-dive focused on practical Salesforce development and problem solving.
