📋 Description Architect the Medallion: Lead the design and evolution of our global data models (Bronze, Silver Mentor and Elevate: Act as a technical mentor for Data Engineers in Bengaluru. You lead by example Modernize with Intent: Take ownership of complex brownfield data models inherited from global Enable Data Producers: Work with domain engineering teams to improve data quality at the source. Translate Ambiguity: Act as a technical consultant to product and business stakeholders. You Drive Production Excellence: Define the standards for 'Always-On' data modeling. You implement 🎯 Requirements You are a technical cornerstone of our data hub; experience architecting data models in a Medallion Deep knowledge of modern data stack: Snowflake, dbt, Fivetran, Airflow, and AWS. Experience with high-leverage data tools and CI/CD best practices. Proven skills in mentoring and elevating peers, with a collaborative working style. Ability to take ownership of complex brownfield data models and refactor them. Excellent communication and consulting skills to translate business questions into scalable
