Lead Systems Engineer

Salary: $110,500 - 205,500 per year Requirements: Bachelors Degree in Engineering or another STEM discipline with at least 9 years of relevant experience Graduate Degree with a minimum of 7 years of related experience Alternatively, minimum of 13 years of relevant experience in networking without a degree Proficient in Enterprise Networking and Applications Deployment Experienced in RF troubleshooting and system-level integration Cisco CCNA certification or higher preferred Knowledgeable in Active Directory, DNS, Exchange, SharePoint, etc. Familiar with LAN routing/switching protocols and standards Proficient in both Linux and Windows operating systems Experience with military radio systems is advantageous Demonstrated ability to thrive in dynamic, team-oriented environments Proven self-starter with strong goal achievement skills Excellent verbal and written communication abilities Strong interpersonal skills and ability to liaise with cross-functional teams Active US DoD Secret Clearance or ability to acquire one Responsibilities: Lead the design of networking systems for next-generation communication products Troubleshoot RF and system levels, supporting integration across various platforms Collaborate with Chief Engineers, program managers, and cross-functional teams to deliver robust solutions Prepare and deliver technical presentations for leadership and client stakeholders Drive continuous improvement, applying insights from projects to future designs Supervise technical development and integration activities to ensure designs meet requirements Work closely with design, testing, manufacturing, service, and management teams to deliver responsive solutions Technologies: Active Directory Cisco LAN Linux Security SharePoint Windows Hardware Support Network More: At L3Harris, we are committed to attracting and nurturing top-tier talent who share our passion for excellence.
