Localization Design Lead

📋 Description Review incoming localization requests across 2D and video asset types, assign work, and track Conduct quality assurance checks on localized assets to catch issues before revision rounds. Identify and implement workflow improvements, including automation. Build and maintain team documentation: guidelines, best practices, process references, metrics. Coach and develop the localization team through feedback and skill-building. Act as primary point of contact for internal clients across game teams and marketing. 🎯 Requirements Hands-on expertise in localizing 2D and video promotional assets. Advanced command of Adobe Creative Cloud: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Solid grounding in design principles: typography, layout, composition, visual communication. Proven ability to identify quality and timeline risks in production pipelines. Track record of improving localization/creative production processes.
