Manager, Machine Learning Engineer

Salary: $120,000 - 160,000 per year Requirements: We require an undergraduate degree or an equivalent blend of education and experience; a graduate degree is preferred. We require at least eight years of relevant professional experience. Responsibilities: We lead a team of Machine Learning Engineers building, deploying, and scaling AI/ML solutions that support Financial Advisory Services business goals. We partner with Product, Data Science, Architecture, Platform, and Engineering teams to deliver production-ready AI capabilities with a strong emphasis on scalability, reliability, governance, and operational excellence. We provide leadership across hiring, coaching, talent development, performance management, and compensation decisions in line with Human Resources policies and procedures. We work with Enterprise, Solution, and Domain Architects to shape AI/ML solution architecture and turn strategic priorities into roadmaps, epics, and engineering workstreams. We drive cross-functional delivery from concept through production while aligning solutions to business objectives and enterprise standards. We establish engineering practices, reusable frameworks, and platform capabilities that improve scalability, consistency, and delivery efficiency. We oversee the design, implementation, and evolution of data, feature, and model pipelines to support dependable and scalable AI/ML solutions. We apply machine learning, statistics, optimization, and experimentation expertise to operationalize predictive and decision-support capabilities. We evaluate data quality, feature readiness, and model inputs with Data Science teams to help ensure successful model development and deployment. We promote operational excellence through automation, observability, monitoring, incident management, and continuous improvement for production AI/ML systems. We ensure compliance with enterprise governance, security, risk, model lifecycle management, and other control requirements. We engage business and technology stakeholders to understand goals, assess opportunities, and convert complex needs into actionable technical solutions. We support planning, prioritization, and execution of strategic departmental objectives while balancing delivery commitments, operational demands, and organizational goals. We define scalable operating models, support processes, and service standards that sustain AI/ML products and platforms over the long term. We communicate technical strategy, solution recommendations, delivery status, and business impact to senior business and technology leaders.
