Collaborate with users to translate eval/fine-tuning needs into product features. 🎯 Requirements 1 - 7 years of software engineering experience. Hands-on experience with LLM evaluations and post-training methods. Full-stack product engineering: backend systems and developer surfaces. GenAI lifecycle understanding: prompting to productionizing. User-centric mindset; engage users and triage issues.
