Job Title: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer (Software Engineer) Job Summary The Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, configuring, and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions. The role involves building CRM solutions, developing integrations, supporting data management, and delivering secure and scalable solutions aligned with enterprise standards. Key Responsibilities Design and develop Dynamics 365 solutions, including custom components, plugins, workflows, and integrations. Configure and customize Dynamics 365 applications using native features and Power Platform capabilities. Develop system integrations and support data modeling, migration, and data quality management. Participate in the complete software development lifecycle, including development, testing, deployment, and release management. Troubleshoot technical issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement system enhancements. Collaborate with business analysts, product owners, architects, and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions. Follow coding standards, security policies, and enterprise architecture guidelines. Prepare and maintain technical documentation for solution support and knowledge transfer. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform development. Strong experience in Dynamics 365 CRM customization and configuration. Hands-on experience with Dataverse and API/integration development. Proficiency in C#, .NET, and JavaScript. Experience with system integrations, data handling, and solution deployment. Familiarity with Agile delivery and DevOps practices. Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience with Azure services such as Logic Apps, Functions, and Service Bus. Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and release management tools such as Azure DevOps. Understanding of CRM business processes such as Sales, Service, Finance, or Operations. Top 5 Skills Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Power Platform & Dataverse C# / .NET / JavaScript API & System Integration Solution Deployment & DevOps Important Eligibility / Screening Candidates with strong hands-on Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience will be prioritized. Relevant Dynamics 365/Power Platform project experience must be clearly highlighted in the CV. Candidates must be amenable to a hybrid setup in Makati City: 3 days WFH and 2 days onsite. Candidates should be prepared to provide their highest educational attainment. Candidates must provide years of hands-on Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform development experience.
