Microsoft Dynamics & Power Platform Developer

Salary: $85,000 - 125,000 per year Requirements: We require U.S. citizenship for this position. We require a university degree. You should bring at least 4 years of professional experience. You need a minimum of 2 years of experience implementing and administering enterprise CRM solutions, specifically Microsoft Dynamics CRM or Dynamics 365. You must be able to work in a hybrid environment. You should have experience evaluating, designing, and implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 business solutions, often on-site with customers. You need experience turning technical details into clear business concepts. You should have strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. You need excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively. You should have experience developing and deploying business applications using Microsoft Dynamics Power Platform. You must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance; candidates with an active Public Trust or suitability are preferred. Responsibilities: We support our clients case management systems as a Sr. Microsoft Dynamics and Power Platform Developer. We work with the technical team to design and deliver case management solutions within required timelines, identifying and reducing risks during the design stage. We are accountable for high-quality project results and partner closely with the client, project leads, architects, and business analysts. We gather technical requirements and recommend solutions aligned with client architectural and business needs. We contribute to Dynamics CRM implementations across all phases, including discovery, definition, build, testing, and deployment. We participate in data-focused discussions with the client during discovery meetings. We translate ideas into user flows, wireframes, system diagrams, and prototypes. We develop integrations and customizations for Dynamics CRM. We design and support the system architecture process, including creating specifications and implementing customizations for custom code or data migration needs. We conduct tailored demonstrations of the technology solution. We refine project specifications and develop technical solution designs and implementation plans for the Dynamics 365 solution. We improve the efficiency of development, testing, and release processes by building tools and frameworks that support reliable, high-quality delivery of Dynamics 365 implementations. We document technical risks and issues and actively work to avoid, mitigate, and resolve risk and technical debt. We travel to multiple customer locations for demos and meetings when needed.
