Modeling and Simulation Project Embedment Lead

📋 Description Map current workflows and identify M&S and AI automation and augmentation opportunities Oversee embedment and adoption of M&S and AI tools across the Therapeutic Areas Work closely with solution developers to translate business problems into actionable requirements Reimagine and define fit-for-purpose ways of working, processes, and templates in collaboration Train, onboard, and enable end-users on new M&S and AI tools to drive adoption and effective use Monitor adoption metrics and identify barriers; iterate on processes to reduce friction and feed 🎯 Requirements Master's degree with 8-10 years of experience or PhD with 5-8 years of experience in Statistics Strong experience working in clinical trial design as a statistician or data scientist Applied understanding of how M/S and AI can augment clinical trial workflows, with an eye for Ability to bridge business and technical teams - translating end-user needs into developer-ready Experience in change management or process improvement within drug development Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills 🎁 Benefits Comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off (vacation, holidays, sick) Medical/dental/vision insurance and 401(k) to eligible employees Eligible to participate in long-term incentive programs
